Green Smoothies

1 cup frozen pineapple 2 cups spinach

1/2 cup chopped broccoli 1 cup grapes

1/2 cup vanilla fat-free Greek yogurt Orange juice, as needed

Add all ingredients to blender; blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.

Per serving (without orange juice): 163 Calories, 0 mg Cholesterol, <1 g Fat, <1 g Saturated Fat, 63 mg Sodium, 33 g Carbohydrate, 9 g Protein, 3 g Fiber.
