Blueberry Infused Hot Tea

(In the summer, try this tea cold!)

1/2 cup frozen blueberries, thawed

1 bag of green or black tea

Blend frozen blueberries and pour into a mesh strainer.  Put tea bag inside a cup or tea pot and place the strainer with the blueberries over the cup or tea pot. Then pour hot water on top of the blueberries, pushing blueberries through strainer to extract juice.  Let sit for up to 5 minutes.
